Job summary

A leading property management company in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and grounds meet cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will perform various maintenance tasks, complete work orders promptly, and assist in preparing vacant apartments for leasing. A high school diploma and 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience are preferred. The position requires strong mechanical skills and customer service abilities, with a schedule of 40 hours per week including possible weekend work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Complete work orders generated from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing through inspections and repairs.
