Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

• Supports cost-cutting programs by fixing rather than replacing parts.
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents with respect.
