The Phoenix Staffing is actively seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities in Mesa, AZ. You will maintain apartment homes, amenities, and grounds, responding to service requests and supporting the overall condition of the community.

Applicants should have hands-on apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on safety and quality. A driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are often required for site visits.

Competenze

• Prior apartment maintenance or multifamily maintenance experience is required.
• Hands-on maintenance and repairs within occupied apartment communities.
• Familiar with plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall and general maintenance.

• Complete resident service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Diagnose issues and determine repairs or next steps.
• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance when qualified.
• Maintain community amenities, common areas and property grounds.
• Communicate maintenance updates with property management teams.
• Keep work orders documented and maintain organized work areas.
