Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to service interior and exterior spaces, address work orders, and complete make-readies for new residents. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and help maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning properties.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects within 24–48 hours of requests.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Repair parts when possible to control costs and minimize waste.
• Track inventory, restore items, and notify on re-orders.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and safety standards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow RangeWater safety policies.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and team.
• Perform regular property inspections and report concerns.
