Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24-48 hours, and prepare vacants for leasing including make-ready and inspections.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver's license. The role requires physical ability and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and conducts pre-move-out inspections.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies and documents work completed.
