Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to service apartments and property grounds, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform make-ready tasks, and complete work orders within 24–48 hours, while maintaining costs and inventory.

Strong customer service and OSHA awareness are expected on site. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, and EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine upkeep.
• Executes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies; repairs vs. replacement when possible.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors and ensures safety compliance per OSHA policies.
• Provides courteous service to residents and responds to maintenance requests with urgency.
