Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interiors, exteriors, and common areas across our multi-family properties. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders to ensure safety and comfort, and coordinate with vendors when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and proficiency in Entrata Yardi or OneSite. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards.
• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Prepares units through make-ready, including punch lists and scheduling vendors.
• Labs inventory management and material usage tracking.
• May inspect contractor work for quality and safety compliance.
• Engages with residents professionally and responds to maintenance requests.
