RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, clean, and functional. You will diagnose issues, perform routine repairs, and manage make-ready tasks for vacant units to support leasing goals.

Responsibilities include completing resident work orders within 24–48 hours, inspecting and maintaining systems, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the property. Effective communication with residents and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and delivery skills for engaging with residents and team members.
• Experience with property management software and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance to ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Makes ready units for leasing by completing inspections and a punch list of tasks.
• Assists in inventory management and uses tools and equipment safely.
• Documents work orders accurately and communicates progress to the maintenance supervisor.
• May inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
