Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant homes for leasing.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong resident service skills, with required EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. This is a site-based position with a focus on reliable, quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC or property maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Inspect and document repairs; track materials and inventory.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
