Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the property’s buildings, grounds, and common areas. The role includes completing work orders within 24–48 hours, handling make-ready tasks for vacancies, and inspecting work for quality and safety.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience. EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required or state equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside and external building, grounds, and common areas to meet standards.
• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and prepares punch lists.
• Assists in cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Follows safety procedures, maintains documentation, and assists with inspections.
