Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features of the community and assist with curb appeal. This role involves performing routine tasks, addressing minor repairs under supervision, and supporting a positive resident experience.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and willingness to work weekends as scheduled. The role offers a stable schedule with 40 hours per week and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas, offices, and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready, and maintains dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned by the supervisor.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Reports hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
• Provides courteous, responsive customer service to residents and visitors.
• Follows RangeWater safety and risk-management policies and participates in required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
