Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities in Austin, TX. The role focuses on keeping grounds tidy, amenities clean, and curb appeal strong while completing minor repairs under the Service Manager's direction.

You will interact with residents, respond to maintenance requests, and uphold safety standards. Weekend availability is required as scheduled, with typical 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred for day-to-day grounds operations.
• Basic computer skills for using company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and maintains grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Performs routine landscape and exterior maintenance tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Removes litter, debris, and pet waste; ensures common areas are clean at all times.
• Handles trash removal from vacant apartments during make-ready process.
• Completes service requests and communicates hazards or issues to supervision.
• Interacts with residents politely, addressing questions and concerns about maintenance services.
• Follows RangeWater safety policies and completes required safety trainings and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
