Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will complete minor repairs under the Service Manager and ensure common areas are neat, clean, and safe.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with typical site hours Mon-Fri, plus some weekend shifts. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains exterior features and curb appeal of the property.
• Completes minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager.
• Inspects and keeps common areas neat, free of litter, inside and outside.
• Responds to service requests and communicates hazards to supervisor.
• Works with residents professionally and attends safety meetings.
