RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper in Austin, TX. The role supports property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, with duties including litter removal, trash collection from vacant units, and assisting in make-ready processes.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork, with standard 40-hour weeks and occasional weekend coverage as needed at our Austin community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain grounds, exterior features, and common areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove litter and debris from the community and common spaces daily.
• Collect trash from vacant units and support make-ready processes as needed.
• Complete service requests and communicate issues to the Service Manager.
• Assist with notices, safety compliance, and resident interactions with courtesy.
