Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our apartment communities. You will perform grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and ensure the property remains clean and inviting for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include trash removal, preparing units for occupancy, responding to maintenance requests, and upholding safety standards during daily operations. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management and Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans dumpsters.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices to residents as necessary.
• Reports hazards to supervisor.
• Provides courteous resident service and addresses complaints about maintenance services.
• Follows safety policies and attends safety trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
