Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our communities. You will keep grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at a high standard and assist with minor repairs under the Service Manager’s direction.

The role emphasizes safety, resident relations, and teamwork in a 40-hour workweek, with some weekend availability and local travel to nearby properties. HS diploma or GED is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Maintains common areas and amenities and ensures curb appeal.
• Completes make-ready tasks and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Performs routine service requests and notifies supervisor of hazards.
• Interacts with residents and responds to inquiries professionally.
