RangeWater Real Estate in Austin, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will complete tasks under the supervision of the Service Manager and support daily site operations.

The role requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, weekend availability, and basic computer skills to access company software. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

• Property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access company software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exterior features, grounds, and amenities to keep curb appeal.
• Complete minor repairs under supervision of Service Manager.
• Inspect site daily to remove litter and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist with make-ready tasks by clearing vacated units and prepping for new residents.
• Communicate hazards or issues to supervisor promptly.
• Provide respectful, helpful service to residents and visitors.
