Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, grounds, and amenities across our multifamily properties. You will perform routine cleaning, minor repairs as directed, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

You will work a schedule that includes weekends as needed, with a typical 40-hour work week and site hours that may vary by property. The role emphasizes safety, upkeep, and positive resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property management and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas, office space, and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for move-in.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents.
• Reports hazards or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Provides courteous customer service to residents and guests.
