Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces and curb appeal across our properties. The role includes routine grounds maintenance, minor repairs, and support for the Service Manager while delivering friendly resident service.

Typical hours are 40 per week with some weekend availability. Candidates should value safety, teamwork, and pride in workmanship to uphold RangeWater’s standards across communities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage day-to-day grounds operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensures all common areas are neat and free of litter inside and outside at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests and assists residents as needed.
