RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at our Charlotte community. You will perform routine tasks and assist with minor repairs under the Service Manager’s direction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred background in property management and customer service. You’ll work full-time, indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Basic computer literacy to access company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Assist with minor repairs and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Inspect for hazards, respond to resident inquiries, and enforce safety policies.
