Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, curb appeal, and common areas of our apartment communities. You will perform routine cleaning, assist with make-ready tasks, and support the Service Manager with minor repairs as needed.

Work hours typically reach 40 hours per week, including weekends as scheduled. Emphasis on safety, quality service, and respectful resident engagement within a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Inspects community daily and removes litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Completes service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Transports trash to dumpster/storage areas and cleans dumpster areas.
• Notifies supervisor of hazards or safety concerns.
• Interacts with residents professionally and addresses maintenance inquiries.
