Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community. You will complete minor repairs under the Service Manager’s direction and help ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires weekend availability, outdoor work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer PTO, holidays, health insurance and retirement benefits to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Perform minor repairs under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Respond to maintenance requests and communicate with residents.
