Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of the community. You will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the Service Manager's direction.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. The position offers a 40-hour work week with varied hours, including some weekends, and benefits such as PTO,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Attend safety meetings and training as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
