Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Frisco, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our apartment communities and perform minor repairs under the Service Manager's direction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lb independently and up to 150 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community daily to remove litter and debris; keep common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant units and maintain dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Distribute notices to residents; communicate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident interaction and handle maintenance-related inquiries.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related requirements.
