Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our multifamily communities. You will handle duties that preserve curb appeal, perform minor repairs under direction, and ensure clean, safe shared spaces for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, litter control, trash removal, and timely communication of hazards. This role supports leasing operations and community standards in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily to keep litter-free and presentable.
• Cleans and maintains common areas and amenities.
• Removes trash from vacant units before make-ready.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Reports hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Assists with safety trainings and policy compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
