Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across a designated US territory, including Montana. You will implement sales strategies, build relationships, and meet aggressive growth targets while collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams.

• Proven results-driven, proactive in customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience engaging cattle industry stakeholders and ranch operations.
• Strong track record in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline within the assigned territory.
• In-field sales across ranches, co-ops, and industry events; gather feedback and showcase Halter's solutions.
• Expand existing customer relationships; manage deals and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
• Hit aggressive sales targets and manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Own territory relationships with local agencies and industry groups to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Support and Product teams to deliver value and resolve issues.
• Drive US market strategy with cross-functional input to scale the US business.
