Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather insights, tailor demonstrations, and ensure satisfaction while meeting growth targets. Frequent travel and on-site customer visits are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in agtech or farming equipment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and achieve ambitious targets in the Black Hills region.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with farmers and associations.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to optimize customer experience.
• Represent Halter at industry events and meetings to generate opportunities.
