Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the US West region, with frequent travel to North Dakota. • Experience in field sales within agriculture or tech is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within a territory is expected.
• Proven ability to manage and expand a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline through outbound lead generation.
• In-field sales: meet potential customers and articulate Halter's value.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell within current accounts.
• Hit sales targets and manage today's deals with a view to next month.
• Own the territory and engage with local agricultural groups and stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth deployment of Halter’s solutions.
