Mojo Solutions & Services MSS LLC is seeking a highly experienced RAN SME (LTE/5G) to bridge our product delivery team and customers. You will translate complex RAN requirements into actionable AI problem statements and lead end-to-end management, optimization, and design strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on RAN expertise, AI programming, and strong client-facing communication to deliver AI-driven RAN solutions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in RAN (LTE/5G), including Network Management, Optimization, and Design.
• Proficiency in Python / AI programming.
• Demonstrated ability to frame telecom/RAN domain problems into AI data science problems.
• Excellent client-facing skills, problem-solving mindset, and technical communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface between customer teams and our internal product development team to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Drive end-to-end RAN network management, optimization, and design strategies.
• Translate operational RAN problem statements into AI/Machine Learning models and technical requirements.
• Work closely with product teams to build, validate, and optimize AI-driven RAN solutions.
