Job summary

Verizon is seeking a RAN Performance Engineer to lead optimization of LTE and 5G networks in a hybrid work setting. You will drive testing, data analysis, and cross-vendor collaboration to enhance KPIs and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and providing technical oversight.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in field scenarios.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain LTE/5G RAN networks across multi-vendor deployments.
• Perform drive/tests and post-processing to improve KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve network performance issues impacting users.
• Coordinate testing with regional and HQ teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to markets.
