Job summary

DeepSig Inc. is seeking an AI-RAN Deployment Engineer to bridge our AI-RAN software with customers, partners and field test sites. You will deploy, stand up, and validate systems in real environments, and support demonstrations and deployments.

The role centers on 5G RAN deployment, RF hardware and SDRs, with hands-on troubleshooting across antennas, fronthaul, and software. Requires a BS in EE/CS or related field, 4+ years of RF/MLOps deployment experience, and comfort with Linux,

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years deploying, integrating or supporting RF ML, SDR or RF systems in real environments.
• Hands-on experience with RF hardware, antennas, cabling, and front-ends.
• Strong Linux skills: networking, drivers, system config, logs; scripting in shell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and partner integrations end-to-end: scoping deployments, configuring radios, timing, networking, and running the OCUDU stack.
• Plan and execute site visits, install, bring-up, OTA validation, and on-site test support.
• Troubleshoot deployed systems from antennas to software stack and ML data pipelines.
• Capture RF data in the field to validate performance and feed ML datasets.
• Write and maintain deployment runbooks, baselines, and site documentation.
• Build lab test setups and interoperability tests with partner radios and test equipment.
• Act as technical point of contact for customers during integration and feedback gathering.
