Job summary

Mojo Solutions & Services MSS LLC is seeking a highly experienced RAN SME (LTE/5G) to bridge our product delivery team and customers. You will translate complex RAN requirements into actionable AI problem statements and lead end-to-end management, optimization, and design strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on RAN expertise, AI programming, and strong client-facing communication to deliver AI-driven RAN solutions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced RAN (LTE/5G) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on expertise in Network Management, Optimization, and Design. In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between our product delivery team and the customer, translating complex RAN requirements and problem statements into actionable AI problem statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Interface between customer teams and our internal product development team to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Drive end-to-end RAN network management, optimization, and design strategies.

Translate operational RAN problem statements into AI/Machine Learning models and technical requirements.

Work closely with product teams to build, validate, and optimize AI-driven RAN solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in RAN (LTE/5G), including Network Management, Optimization, and Design.

Proficiency in Python / AI programming (highly preferred).

Demonstrated ability to frame telecom/RAN domain problems into AI data science problems.

Excellent client-facing skills, problem-solving mindset, and technical communication abilities.
