Job summary

Verizon is seeking a RAN Performance Engineer to deliver technical support across multi-vendor 5G and LTE networks, focusing on KPI analysis, optimization, and field testing. The role includes indoor RF assessments, troubleshooting, and collaboration with senior engineers to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of work experience in IT or Networking.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills for technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex data and network performance issues to maintain reliable service.
• Analyze KPI data and optimize network performance across multi-vendor 5G and LTE networks.
• Perform field drive/walk testing and post-processing of logs to derive optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose in-building system issues and improve coverage.
