Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications.
• Experience with RF testing, network optimization, and wireless deployments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Performing field drive/walk testing and post-processing & analysis of logs.
• Performing indoor RF coverage assessments and diagnosing coverage gaps.
• Managing customer eFEMTO deployments and collaborating with engineers.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing network applications and systems.
• Evaluating service performance trends and coverage gaps.
• Driving problem-tracking and refining operational workflows.
