Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of supplier processes and AP workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RampUp ticket queue and classify incoming requests.
• Route tickets to the appropriate PTP team member or group.
• Respond to routine supplier and internal inquiries.
• Escalate urgent issues to team leads or SMEs as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and resolution codes.
• Identify duplicate, misrouted, or out-of-scope tickets.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
