Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a RampUp Specialist for a 6-month onsite assignment in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on supporting the Procure-to-Pay team by monitoring, reviewing, and routing RampUp tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and able to work in a high-volume environment, with quick learning of PTP processes and systems. Onsite schedule is Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, customer service, shared services, or similar support environment preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing/case-management system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the RampUp ticket queue during the business day.
• Review tickets to determine category, priority, and assignment.
• Route tickets to the appropriate PTP team member or support group.
• Respond to routine supplier and internal customer inquiries.
