PlayMetrics, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for its Morrisville, NC headquarters. You will manage full-cycle AP across multiple entities, validate charges, and handle vendor disbursements while ensuring accurate data in ERP systems.

The role requires at least 3 years of AP experience, proficiency with Ramp and NetSuite, and strong accounting knowledge. Local candidates only; in-office work at our Morrisville location is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with Ramp, NetSuite and similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and internal controls.
• Highly organized with precise data entry and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP cycle: invoices, coding, approvals, and posting.
• Process vendor disbursements and maintain payment records.
• Manage travel and expense processing using systems like Ramp.
• Reconcile AP, accruals and related ledgers for month-end reporting.
• Act as primary contact for vendor billing questions and issues.
• Prepare payment documentation and histories for audits.
