Job summary

Piedmont Airlines in Norfolk, VA seeks a Ramp Supervisor to lead the Ground Handling team, oversee daily ramp operations, and ensure on-time performance. You will conduct briefings, coordinate training, create schedules, and provide hands-on support to the training department.

This role reports to the General Manager and requires strong organization and the ability to defuse conflicts. Preferred candidates have airline or ground handling experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for new hires and recurrent training.
• Create schedules and coordinate with mentors and training staff.
• Supervise ramp staff to ensure on-time performance and customer service.
