The role requires strong organizational skills, conflict resolution, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Reports to the General Manager and supports on-time performance and quality customer service.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and airline ops knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for ramp staff.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Coach and develop team; ensure on-time performance.
• Discipline inappropriate behavior and enforce policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
