• Experience leading and training ramp staff preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling tasks.
• Knowledge of airport ramp operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for new hires and recurrent training for existing staff in ramp functions.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules and briefing materials.
• Supervise and evaluate team performance to ensure on-time operations.
• Coach staff and enforce company policies; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Generate routine reports and adapt staffing to operations.
