Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ramp safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ramp team operations including aircraft loading/unloading.
• Coordinate ramp activities for timely flight turnarounds.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and safety focus points.
• Oversee handling of baggage, cargo, and mail to prevent damage.
• Maintain records of ramp operations and incidents.
• Ensure safe and proper use of ground support equipment.
