• High level organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Experience training and coaching staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for ramp functions.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Direct and monitor personnel to ensure on-time performance.
• Admin duties including daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Support training department and mentor staff.
