TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC in Warwick, RI is seeking a Lead Airline Ramp Agent to direct, train, and motivate a team of ramp agents. You will lead ramp operations for both scheduled commercial flights and charters, ensuring safety, efficiency and top-tier customer service.

You will train staff, enforce policies, coordinate with airline personnel and TSA, and supervise equipment and ground handling activities.

Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead or direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with team, partners, and management.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in Ramp Services operations for scheduled and charter flights.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and ongoing training, maintaining training records.
• Implement policies and suggest more efficient methods of operation.
• Coordinate Ramp Services with air carrier personnel, station management, and TSA representatives.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment and ensure safe, operational condition.
• Prepare verbal and written reports on ramp activities and agent performance.
• Update MUFIDS as required and coordinate with dispatch and flight crews.
