Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to join our ground team at Warwick, RI. You will help load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and ensure a safe, clean ramp environment with adherence to regulations.

No prior experience is required — we train the right person who is safety-minded and reliable. Responsibilities include handling baggage, coordinating with catering vendors, assisting passengers with special needs, and maintaining open communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must successfully attend and complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with catering loads and galley supplies with vendors.
• Conduct aircraft security searches as required.
• Keep ramp areas safe, clean, and free of FOD at all times.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment; report deficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments using a two-way radio.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow safety regulations including PPE usage.
• Complete required training and only perform trained tasks.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
