Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC is seeking a Ramp Service Agent in Warwick, RI. You will support ground operations, load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and operate ground equipment to ensure on-time departures.

No prior experience is required, and thorough training will be provided. This role is outdoors, expects physical work, and requires safety-conscious teamwork to support flight operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must successfully attend and complete all required training.
• No prior experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, luggage, and co-mail to and from aircraft and baggage areas.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely in accordance with regulations.
• Marshaling aircraft to and from gates; assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with commissary services including loading/unloading catering carts and galley supplies.
• Conduct aircraft security searches as required.
• Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of FOD at all times.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment and report deficiencies.
• Communicate with team members and other departments using a two-way radio.
• Assist customer service agents and passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow all safety regulations and use PPE.
• Complete all required training; only complete tasks for which you are trained.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisor.
