Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Airline Ramp Agent in Norfolk, VA. You will lead and train a team of ramp agents, coordinating activities for both scheduled commercial flights and charters while upholding safety and service standards.

This role requires prior ramp operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work outdoors on the active ramp and supervise safety procedures and training programs.

Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with team members, airline partners, and management.
• Familiarity with MUFIDS systems and airline dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and actively participate in Ramp Services operations for scheduled and charter flights.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and ongoing training; maintain training records.
• Coordinate Ramp Services with airline personnel, station management, and TSA as required.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment; ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Maintain emergency checklists and ensure supplies are stocked and accessible.
