Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead or direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in Ramp Services operations for scheduled flights and charter aircraft.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and ongoing training; maintain training records.
• Coordinate Ramp Services activities with air carrier personnel, station management, and TSA representatives.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment; ensure equipment is maintained and safe.
• Prepare verbal and written reports on ground service activities and ramp agent performance.
