Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and motivate a team of ramp agents on shift.
• Plan, organize, and actively participate in Ramp Services operations for flights and charters.
• Maintain training records and safety compliance.
• Coordinate Ramp Services activities with TSA, air carrier personnel, station management.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Report safety hazards and incidents to Ramp Services Supervisor.
• Complete all required training and follow procedures.
