Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members, airline partners, and management.

Responsibilities

Direct, train, and motivate a team of ramp agents on shift.
Plan, organize, and actively participate in Ramp Services operations for flights and charters.
Maintain training records and safety compliance.
Coordinate Ramp Services activities with TSA, air carrier personnel, station management.
Operate and train on ground service equipment and ensure safe operation.
Report safety hazards and incidents to Ramp Services Supervisor.
Complete all required training and follow procedures.
