Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead or direct a team
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in Ramp Services operations for scheduled flights and charters.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and training records.
• Coordinate Ramp Services with air carrier personnel, station management, and TSA reps.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment; ensure safer, compliant operation.
• Maintain emergency checklists and stock emergency supplies.
