Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; able to lead/direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must obtain SIDA badge.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in ramp services operations for scheduled and charter flights.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents; onboarding, in-service, and safety training; maintain records.
• Implement policies and improve operations; advise supervisor on efficiencies.
• Coordinate ramp activities with airline personnel, station management, and TSA representatives.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment; ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Maintain emergency checklists and respond to safety hazards promptly.
